Our custom orthoses are prescribed by you, and crafted by us, using the latest scanning technology and materials, including in-house 3D print (PA11 & Poly-X), composite carbon fibre, EVA, EVA Dual Density, and more
Our Polar Bear semi-custom range of orthoses is created using our complimentary measuring equipment. Our semi-custom orthoses have all of the same customisation options as our custom range, including all padding additions and top covers as well as custom rearfoot varus and valgus corrections.
The Control360 Pro range features three pre-made orthoses designs available in five densities. The Control360 Pro range also features the ability to request most of the same additional options as our custom and semi-custom range.
The Control360 range offers a convenient off- the-shelf orthoses system that includes two styles of orthoses, Comfort and Support +. The Comfort range is available in five sizes, while the Support + range is available in four sizes.

PA11 is a high-performance, plant- based orthotic material derived from the castor plant, offering a sustainable alternative with impressive mechanical properties. PA11 not only provides reliable performance but also supports renewable sourcing, aligning with sustainable manufacturing practices.
Poly-X is a groundbreaking orthotic material, made from 3D-printed black nylon. Engineered to replicate the properties of traditional pressed polypropylene, Poly-X offers exceptional durability and flexibility. It can be heat-adjusted, finely ground, and maintains superior rebound properties, making it ideal for custom orthotic applications.
TPU is an orthotic material known for its flexibility and durability. Made from high-performance thermoplastic polyurethane, this advanced material is highly elastic while maintaining exceptional strength and resilience. TPU is capable of withstanding mechanical stress without losing its shape or support.
EVA, or Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, is a closed-cell foam material. You can use it to make a standard orthotic shell or a full length one-piece orthotic. It comes in multiple densities to match the purpose that you’re using it for. EVA is used for both functional and accommodative orthotics.
Dual-density EVA orthotic offers enhanced functional control through the option to choose two layers with different densities. The bottom layer, typically firmer for improved stability and durability, can also be softer for shock absorption. The top layer, softer for cushioning and comfort, can be firmer to reinforce the arch and enhance midfoot control.
Composite is the ultimate shell material for one-directional athletes, high-performance devices, and patients who require good support in dress shoes. It is lighter, thinner and has more than twice the rebound/return rate of poly and EVA. Our XT Carbon Composite panels incorporate state-of-the-art carbon fibre reinforcement technology.
A three-layered device that combines a very soft 120 density EVA bottom layer, a mid-layer of 1.6mm poron, and another layer of very soft 90 density soft EVA ideal for diabetic patients.
Subortholene is lightweight, strong, flexible and has excellent stress crack resistance. It molds well over deep heel cups and flanges. It can also be thinned without cracking.
