1 . ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing this promotional offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. OFFER PERIOD
Promotions are only available for a limited time only. To be eligible for the 10 Carborn Fibre Spring Plate promotion, your order must be received by Monday 31 July 2023 . Orthotech has the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.
3. CONDITIONS
Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases. Order limits apply, see clause 9 for offer specific limits.
4. OFFERS ARE NOT-TRANSFERABLE
All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). Promotions may be subject to availability.
5. REDEMPTION
To redeem an offer during an Offer Period, complete the specific online ordering form and ensure you tick the promotional offer.
6. SHIPPING
(6.1) Items will only be shipped to addresses within Australia for the freight price of $15. International orders for this promotion will have costs based on their location.. (6.2) It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct. If you are not available to accept the parcel it will be delivered to your nearest postal facility. It is the customers responsibility to arrange collection within 10 working days. Redelivery of the order will be charged at the customers expense.
Pre-order promotions are anticipated to be received by Orthotech on or before 1st September 2023. Pre-orders will be dispatched there after. This is subject to change, however Orthotech will contact you should this date change.
7. RETURNS & WARRANTY
Orthotech Laboratory returns and warranty apply for this promotion.
8. CHANGES
Orthotech reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer by the company’s own discretion.
9. OFFERS
Purchases made during a promotional period do not qualify for change of mind refunds or returns under the company T&Cs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Details and sizes of this diagnosis pack cannot be changed or amended. This offer is $99, exclusive of freight. Freight for the Carbon Fibre Spring Plates is $15. This pre-order is limited to one per Podiatrist.
(9.2) Orthotech Carbon Fibre Spring Plate Pre-Order promotion is for 10 plates at a discounted price of 40% off the total cost. The sizes and plate type can be customised to make up the 10 plate order.This promotion must be ordered in one 10 plate transaction. Any modifications requested on these 10 plates are not included in the promotional offer and will be charged at their full modification price of $40 per modification. If you add more than 10 plates to your cart, anything over 10 plates will be charged at full price. This offer is exclusive of freight. Freight for the Carbon Fibre Spring Plates is $15. This pre-order is limited to one per clinic account.
