We are excited to present a new and positive change to our services, Introducing 3D printed orthoses.
Lighter than polypropylene with a similar flex with a faster rebound rate, 3D printing is the way of the future and we are thrilled to be one of the first in Australia to offer this service to our clients.
Unlike direct milled poly which is 97-98% waste, 3D printing is environmentally friendly and has less than 0.5% waste. Micron measurements can now be accurately achieved, vastly increasing your prescription variables. E.g. 3.25mm or 2.65mm – you are no longer restricted to millimetres.
We are offering 3D printed orthoses at the same price as our polypropylene orthotics with the added value of your name, your patient’s name and the order date all printed into the device. No more stickers that peel off!
